Diet for detoxification
Every morning pour a tablespoon of minced flax seeds soaked in a glass of water. During the detoxification avoid the coffee and sweetened fruit teas.
1 day
In the morning drink a glass of 2dl hot water with the juice of half a lemon.
In the rest of the day, eat grapes or any seasonal fruit whenever you feel hungry. It is permissible to eat 1kg of fruit at will, but also to drink at least 8 glasses of water, herbal unsweetened mint tea, chamomile, and ginger, as well as freshly priced carrot juices, celery, and apples.
2 day
In the morning drink hot water with lemon juice, just like the previous day.
The rest of the day, drink plenty of water, herbal teas and vegetable juices with water (in size 1: 1). The minimum quantity of fluids is 8 cups.
3 day
For breakfast eat fresh vegetables as much as you can. Drink water and herbal teas.
For lunch choose 2-3 vegetables and make a salad. If you do not want a fresh salad, then you can chalk it for a few minutes. Do not forget the fluids!
For dinner cook a stew of vegetable and drink a few more glasses of water and tea.
